Some of the best food finds are at little mom and pop places like this little gem. This is my second time here and I again had an amazing experience. The food was hot and delicious. Had their chips with unique flavorful salsa, birria tacos, menudo, and tried their horchata. Menudo soup was surprising delicious, but beef parts might not be everyone’s thing. Liz was so nice and very attentive. The atmosphere was very well decorated and made you feel like you were at a restaurant and not a gas station.

Located inside of the gas station. We have been here a few times this past month. Tacos are good, double tortilla oiled(Store bought). Huevos a la mexicana was good. I didnt like that their salsas we not refrigerated. Felt off having warm salsa on the taco. They dont have their health inspection score displayed, I asked and they said its up front with the gas station cashier, didnt see it. They do not print out receipts. They are emailed or text. Also was abit weird that their menu was only in English. Staff is abit nonchalant and come off as abit snarky. Tables and benches felt sticky/had some sort of residue. Quick with orders. Overall I would recommend and would come back.

Me and my boss go here 1 -2 times a week , we love their steak tacos , the prices are better than anyone’s and the quality is freaking great, and they have 2 steak tacos on Thursday and Fridays … you can’t beat it , and different types of salsa . Check it out and try to tell me I’m wrong .

I got the Alambre dish and loved it. I got 4 tacos for my little one and the meat was great, not dry at all. Totally recommended. The agua de Jamaica was so delicious as well.

My Fiancée and I came here for lunch and this place has the best tacos EVER!! We also had the pollo asado, chips with salsa & cheese dip, which were also amazing! Eddie was super kind & attentive. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I’ve probably owed this place a review for a while now — I’m just so happy to have quality food this close to home. They’ve got such a variety that I honestly eat here 5–6 times a week. • Breakfast burritos are my quick and easy go-to. If I have the time, getting a custom burrito is what I love to do. • The Birria quesadilla and Birria grilled cheese were totally new to me — and now I’m hooked. • On weekends, the breakfast plate and breakfast bowl can’t be beat. Their pancakes? Something about them is just really good, and I almost always try to get breakfast here now on Saturdays or Sundays. • I love eating in because their homemade salsa is unique and delicious. I saw someone mention their to-go salsas in another review — they might not realize they’re kept on ice, because mine are always cold when I get them. • Tacos are an obvious safe bet, but I just recently tried their fish tacos and they were fantastic. They’ve also got more authentic Mexican dishes worth exploring. When I want to spoil myself, I’ll order a breakfast biscuit — and I’m not even usually a biscuit person. This might sound biased, but I grew up with Mexican food. Having a place like this nearby that nails both makes me genuinely happy. This place definitely deserves 5 stars! And! now when I go on the lake I get my food here and take it with me.

Easily the best tamales in the area!! Chef Eddie and his family are incredible. They really care about every person who walks in the door. Their food is really on point
